The following terms and conditions (these "Terms and Conditions") contain important information regarding the Continental Airlines Inc.'s ("Sponsor") International Restaurant Week program (the "Program"). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between you and Sponsor and will govern your participation in any and all Program offers.

Continental Airline's International Restaurant Week will take place starting at 5:30pm ET on May 2nd, and ending at 10:00pm ET on May 11th, 2008 ("Promotion Period"). ALL PROGRAM DISCOUNTS AND GIFTS ARE AVAILABLE AT EACH PARTICIPATING RESTAURANT (DEFINED BELOW) DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD SOLELY DURING DINNER HOURS OF SERVICE. All Program Discounts and gifts are also subject to all applicable restaurant black out dates and specific hours of operation for each restaurant Dinner service at each Participating Restaurant.

Being eligible for the Program entitles eligible customers to enjoy exclusive dinner offers and experiences at select New York City restaurants detailed below ("Participating Restaurants"). By participating in Program, you may receive Program discounts and gifts, available for limited times, all as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. As part of the program, you will receive a Continental Airlines International Restaurant Week Voucher ("Program Voucher"). You will then need to call the Participating Restaurant and make a dinner reservation indicating you are a participant in the Program. For certain restaurants, in addition to calling the Participating Restaurant to make a dinner reservation, you will have the option of making it through an online reservation link available at continentalrestaurantweek.com. Directions to make the online reservation will be posted after you register for the Program. These directions will instruct you on the exact steps needed to make a reservation online. You will still need to bring a Program Voucher with you to the Participating Restaurant.

At a Participating Restaurant, you will show the Program Voucher in order to receive the Program discounts and gifts. Program discounts are subject to availability (including appearances of any personnel), any applicable black out dates, and are available on a first come first serve basis only during Dinner service at each Participating Restaurant. Program gifts are available only while supplies last. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice to you. Participation in the Program and/or redemption of Program Voucher for discounts and gifts is considered acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend or modify any aspect of the Program and/or and Program discounts or gifts at any time, including the availability of any Program discount and/or gift, without notice.

PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY AND DATES: To be eligible for the Program, you must be 21 years of age or older. You must have internet access to register for the Program.

To register for the Program and receive the Program Voucher please visit continentalrestaurantweek.com during the Promotion Period, and fill in the required information including your name, email address, address (optional), and Continental OnePass number (optional). Program Vouchers can only be redeemed at the Participating Restaurants detailed below during the Promotion Period subject to individual restaurant black out dates and specific hours of operation for Dinner service at each restaurant. Employees of Sponsor, and any other participating entities, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising agencies, and other agents, and any immediate family members living in the same household of any of the foregoing are not eligible for the Program. Program discounts may not be combined with any other offers.

PROGRAM VOUCHERS: A Program Voucher entitles the person to whom it has been issued to Program discounts and gifts at the Participating Restaurants subject to the applicable restrictions as set forth herein. One Program Voucher is required per dinner reservation. There is no limit to the number of times a Program Voucher can be redeemed during the Promotion Period so long as the participation criteria are met. Program Vouchers can only be redeemed during the Promotion Period. Program Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other membership scheme, discount or promotional offer. Program Vouchers are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The cash value of each Program Voucher shall be US$0.001. Photocopied, defaced, damaged or illegible Program Vouchers will not be accepted in Sponsor's sole determination.

PROGRAM TERMINATION: Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend or modify any aspect of the Program and/or any Program discount or gift at any time, including the availability of any discount or gift, without notice. Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, terminate or suspend any person's participation in the Program for breach of these Terms and Conditions, or for taking any actions that are inconsistent with the intent of these Terms and Conditions. Sponsor shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms and Conditions or intent of these Terms and Conditions. Any decision Sponsor makes relating to termination or suspension of any person's participation in the Program shall be final and binding in all respects.

GENERAL: The Program Vouchers are redeemable only at the Participating Restaurants in New York City, New York. The Program is void where prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for any failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting or corrupting the Program or distribution/redemption of the Program Vouchers in any manner. Sponsor is not responsible for unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; online failures; hardware, software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances; or any other communications failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting or corrupting the Program in any GENERAL: The Program Vouchers are redeemable only at the Participating Restaurants in New York City, New York. The Program is void where prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for any failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting or corrupting the Program or distribution/redemption of the Program Vouchers in any manner. Sponsor is not responsible for unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; online failures; hardware, software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances; or any other communications failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting or corrupting the Program in any manner and Sponsor is also not responsible for any damage to any participant's computer occasioned by participation in the Program or downloading of any information necessary to participate in the Program. Sponsor cannot be held responsible for any restaurant ceasing to participate in this Program or altering the terms of its participation in this Program or declining acceptance of a Program Voucher or to admit any person to the restaurant for any reason. Neither Sponsor nor its agents or Program partners shall be held responsible for any disagreement concerning any individual Program discount or gift, nor accept any liability whatsoever for personal loss or injury at any restaurant. Any dispute must be settled directly with the Participating Restaurant concerned. By participating in the Program, all participants release Sponsor, Participating Restaurants, and any other participating sponsor or partner, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of participation in the Program and the use of any Program Vouchers and/or Program gifts and any of the restaurant's products or services. Sponsor makes no warranty in any respect as to any Program gifts or other merchandise or services available within the Program. Under no circumstance will merchandise or any service be refunded or exchanged for other offers, discounts or cash. Program gifts may be taxable, depending on the value of the item and the federal, state, and local tax laws applicable to you. Participants are solely responsible for reporting such items on their respective tax returns and paying any associated tax liability. Participants are also responsible for any other expenses including without limitation, gratuities, transportation, and any other expenses not specifically state herein. Participants may not assign or transfer any Program Vouchers and/or Program gifts. Sponsor is not responsible if the Program cannot take place or if any Program Vouchers cannot be awarded or redeemed due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism.

Personal nonpublic information that we gather from you in connection with the Program or otherwise will be governed by our Privacy Policy found at http://www.continental.com/web/en-US/content/privacy.aspx. By participating in this Program you hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted Sponsor's privacy policy.

INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Sponsor and its representatives and agents harmless from and against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses, including attorney's fees and costs, arising from, or related to any breach by you of any of these Terms and Conditions or any violation by you of applicable law

PARTICIPATING RESTAURANTS: All program discounts and gifts are subject to these Terms and Conditions, which include the terms and limitations of each participating restaurant as set forth below. All of the offers below can only be redeemed during the Promotion Period subject to black out dates and only during each restaurant's specific hours of operation for dinner service. Any meet and greets provided are subject to availability.

1) Alfama

Experience an authentic 5-course meal ($65) and optional wine pairings to match ($50). And take home breakfast for the next day, a box of Pasteis de nata, traditional Portuguese custard cakes (6 per box).

2) Alto

Special pasta tasting menu, $92. Chat with Chef Michael White. Complimentary bag of fresh, Alto pasta (1 per guest).

3) Avra

Classic Greek tasting menu with Greek wine pairings and lesson on Greek wine with sommelier or General Manager. Take home a taste of Greece with a complimentary parting gift of traditional Greek delicacies. They will reserve 2 four tops and 2 two tops on Friday and Saturday for CO guests (if not booked by 5.30 each night, they will release).

4) City Hall

Dine on a classic NY tasting menu (4-courses, $80) from steak to seafood, complimented by an optional wine pairing (3-courses, $20) with a tasting lesson given by the knowledgeable staff. Take a tour of the wine cellar and enjoy a chat with Chef/Owner Henry Meer.

5) Churrascaria Plataforma

Go behind the scenes on a tour of a truly amazing kitchen with one of Churrascaria's Master Carvers. Everyone at your table will enjoy an authentic caipirinha included with your meal plus a delectable dessert plate. No need to hold tables - all CORW patrons will get priority seating.
Reservations can be made for up to 6 people. Access to view the kitchen is subject to availability and at Restaurant Manager's discretion.

6) Kingswood

Enjoy a choice British prix fixe menu and a glass of wine included with your meal. Take home complimentary chocolate bars and sweets imported from Britain.

7) L'Ecole

Kitchen tour with chef. They will be creating special menu items and a unique Continental cocktail featuring a rare organic Rhubarb tea to be included with your meal. Take home a sample of this exotic tea, along with the cocktail recipe, freshly baked baguette and French goodies.

8) Megu

Sample a special tasting menu and hear the chef's personal recommendations. Included with your meal, enjoy four sake tastings from Megu's extensive selection, accompanied by a special lesson from the sommelier.

9) Pamplona

Get to know Chef Urena as you sample his classic Spanish 3-course prix fixe menu. Included with the meal, there will be a glass of Sangria for everyone at your table and you'll take home a gift basket filled with the chef's favorite Spanish ingredients. Gift basket is one per reservation. Includes Spain-oriented items like Chorizo flavored popcorn and traditional Spanish cookies.

10) Tabla

$89 for special, exclusively designed prix fixe menu; $48 for wine pairing to match the menu. Manager visit to the table and a personal tour of Tabla's kitchen. Complimentary signed copy of cookbook. They will reserve 2 four tops and 2 two tops on Friday and Saturday for CO guests (if not booked by Thursday night, they will release). During the week, it is possible that on one of the nights the dining room will be booked. They will create the prix fix in the more casual, "Bread Bar" on this night.

11) Toloache

Margarita tasting menu (3 margaritas) included with your meal, and chef's recommended tasting menu (all-inclusive). Complimentary gift basket of Chef Julian Medina's signature chips/salsa.

12) Wakiya

Choose a Wakiya signature cocktail – the Mango or Cucumber Martini – included with your meal. Enjoy complimentary special hors d'ouevres at the beginning of your meal and finish your dinner with tasty petit fours. Reserve a total of (2) deuces 1 @ 5:45pm-7:00pm timeframe (early seating-need the table returned for second seating) & 1 @ 8:30pm~11:00pm timeframe (Mon-Sat) or 8:30pm~10:00pm timeframe (Sun). Also total of (2) 4-tops 1 @ 5:45pm~7:00pm timeframe (early seating-need the table returned for second seating) & 1 @ 8:30pm~11:00pm timeframe (Mon-Sat) or 8:30pm~10:00pm timeframe (Sun) These tables can be held in our reservation system under "Continental Hold". These tables will be released back to us at 5:30pm, if it is not booked for that day.

GOVERNING LAW: The laws of the State of New York shall govern these Program terms and conditions. You hereby expressly consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts located in New York for all matters arising in connection with these Program terms and conditions or your access or use of the Program.
